Ronald McBurney
Age 82, of Mt. Washington, formerly of North Side, on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Devoted husband of 60 years and best friend of Nancy Lee (Metzler); survived by his brother Richie (Flo); loving in laws George Dauberger of Florida, Janet (Metzler) and Sam Hughes of Seattle, Helen (Metzler) and Jim O’Donnell of Pittsburgh; also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family, and friends; preceded in death by siblings Andrew, Bebe Krasicki, Patricia Werderber, Loretta Heckman, Alfred, and sister-in-law Susan Dauberger. Ron retired from the City of Pittsburgh Garage. He was a lifetime member of K of C council #285. Ronnie loved fishing, camping, ceramics, cooking, and always telling you a joke! His true passion was singing. He was a former vocalist of Pepper and the Red Hots and The Reflections. Visitation on Wednesday 3-6pm at the Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., 214 Virginia Avenue, Mt. Washington (412-381-2323), where a Blessing Service will be held on Thursday at 11am. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
