Age 101, at Kane Regional Ross, formerly of Mt. Washington, on Saturday, January 7, 2017.  She was the wife of the late John DeFazio; she is survived by her sons, John P. DeFazio (Marsha) and Peter DeFazio (Anita); her 6 grandchildren, Carol DeFazio (Bill), Greg DeFazio (Janine), Heather Manzonelli (Alex) of Tucson, AZ, Taira Griffith (Erin) of San Diego, CA, Skyler Smethanka (Bryan) and Ashley Blasko (Ron); 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great great- grandson. Pauline loved to look at old pictures and talk about living in “Limmrick” now Station Square. She could still do push ups and pull ups well into her 90s. We would like to thank all the caring staff at Kane. Visitations on Tuesday 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc.  214 Virginia Ave. Mt.
