Age 95, of Mt. Washington, on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Beloved husband of Mary Kathleen "Kay" Moran; loving father of Thomas Pettijohn (Annette), Patricia Pettijohn, Kathleen Gilbert (George) and Marie Miller (Rich); grandfather of Kimberly, Sara, Robert, and James Pettijohn, Rocky and J.P. Gilbert, Tracy Miller, Melissa and Ross Scalise, Maxwell and Mason Miller; great-grandfather of Kayla Braden (E.J.), Rebecca Gilbert, Aubrey and Rhianna Hawkins, Moni, D.J., Jaidan and Darrien Luster, Malaina Gilchrist, Natahsa and Quinn Scalise; great-great grandfather of Rylee Booher, Ian and Ryder Martin, Wade and Selene Orndoff and Kyra Luster; preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. Per his request, there will be no visitation. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies will be held at a later date.
