Age 77, of Mt. Lebanon, on Friday, March 8, 2024. Beloved wife of Col. (Ret.) John B. “Jack” O’Neill Jr; loving mother of John B. “Jack” O’Neill III (Krista Finne) and James F. O’Neill (Candy); grandmother of Jackson V. O’Neill, Luke O’Neill, Ethan and Finn Kos; sister of Daniel E. Fagan (Martha) of Allison Park, PA, Michael T. Fagan of Broken Arrow, OK, Elizabeth Fagan, of Harrisburg, PA, Kate Nelson (Michael) of Beverly, MA, Rita Marie Fagan, of Broken Arrow, OK, Matthew P. Fagan of Austin, TX and the late Lillian Branscum of Tulsa, OK.; daughter of the late James F. Fagan and Lillian English Fagan; also survived by loving family and friends.  Visitation on Thursday, March 14th from 2-8 PM at the Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc. 214 Virginia Avenue, Mt Washington (412) 381-2323.
