Marie M. Hancock

 Age 88, of Mt. Washington. On Friday, November 15, 2019.  Daughter of the late Fred and Irene Merana.  Beloved mother of Susan Maria Hancock (the late Frank Stoner); dear friend and companion of Bill “Willie” Galasso; sister of Bill (Rosemary) Merana  of Fl  and the late Fred (survived by Phyllis) of VA.; grandmother of Victoria Newman and Bernadette Maria McLain; great-grandmother of Blake and Eric and Godmother of Melissa Maria Merana.  Marie volunteered at the Southside, Montifiore and West Penn Hospitals, and  Pennsylvanians for Human Life.  She was a lector at St. George (St. John Vianney) Church and was a Stenographer for the Weis & Weis Law firm.  Friends received at the  Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home 214 Virginia Ave. Mt.Washington (412 381-2323).  on Wednesday, November 20th from 9:00 am until time of the Blessing Service at  11:15 am.  www.bruscofalvo.com
