Washington, on Sunday, November 28, 2021.  Beloved husband of Joan Hovanec; loving father of Kayla Napolitan; grandfather of Mattie Lynch; son of Joan and the late Joseph Hovanec; brother of Judi Szramowski (James) and Jackie Mautino (Scott); uncle of Jamie, Melissa, Joe, and Sarah; brother-in-law of Dougie, Kathy, Patty, Glenn, and Debbie. Joe was Superintendent of the Cold side for McConway and Torley, LLC for 31 years. Visitations on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at the Brusco - Falvo Funeral Home, Inc.    214 Virginia Ave.  Mt.
