John C. “Jay” Wilt                               

Age 76, of Mt. Washington, on Monday, January 3, 2022. Son of the late John P. Wilt and Genevieve McCall Wilt; brother of Joy Ann Uram, Nancy (Mark) Boyd, Sr. Constance Wilt, IHM , Paul B. “Manny” Wilt and the late Christine Van der Busch.  Much loved uncle of Lisa Ann (Joseph) Miller and Julie Lynne (David) Pawuk  and the late CJ Uram; also survived by great nieces and nephews and many caring friends.  Jay was employed by the United States Post Office for many years other than the four years he was called to serve in the United States Navy.  Jay lived with his brother and best friend Paul, aka Manny.  He enjoyed golf, baseball, football, his garden—especially watching and nurturing his tomatoes and sunflowers. Visitations on Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Brusco - Falvo Funeral Home, Inc.    214 Virginia Ave.  Mt. Washington (412 381-2323). Funeral Mass in Mary Queen of Peace Parish/St. Mary of the Mount Church on Monday, 10 a.m..  Interment to take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies on Tuesday, 11 am.
