Age 82, of Mars , formerly of Hazelwood,  on Monday, April 20, 2020. Frank was born on June 15, 1937. Son of the late Frank and Stephanie Belic Paul; He is survived by his nieces and nephews: Stephanie Lynn (Shirley) Hunter of Kileen, TX, Scott (Stevie Lee), James and Danielle (TJ), James, Keith,
Frank, Eric, Joey, Lisa, Terry and Janet; great - nieces and nephews: Shannon, Brittney, Carlee, Dylan and Patrick; cousin, Eddie Oross; also survived by numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa C. Kennedy; niece, Theresa Marie Redding and his siblings, George, Robert, William and Carol Paul. Frank was loved by all. He started out in Pittsburgh as a hairdresser and left his home town for New York City. Frank became one of Broadways great theatrical hairdressers to many stars and shows.  He was proud to be the head of the hair department of the musical "Cats" on Broadway for 17 years. Frank worked on dozens of musicals including "Sugar Babies", "Amadeus", "Phantom of the Opera", "Fosse" and ended is career with the City Opera.  Frank reconnected with his friend Rachelle Rak (Sas) of Pittsburgh during his time on Broadway and he became her New York family.  He was her dearest friend and uncle to her daughter Delilah Hoey. He loved his theater family Jill Nicklaus, Mark Mathews and best friend, Leon Gagliardi.  Frank was a one of kind talent, person, brother, son and friend.
