Evelyn L. Caparelli

Age 94, of Mt. Washington, passed peacefully with her family by her side, on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Henry Caparelli; loving mother of Rosemarie Kocan (Robert), Robert Caparelli (Kathy), Henry Caparelli and Larry Caparelli; preceded in death by her siblings Denise Grau, Gladys O’Malley, Lois Diskin and Frank Gracy, Jr.; Evelyn is survived by her loving nine grandchildren, eighteen great- grandchildren, one great great- grandchild and many nieces, nephews, family and friends; Evelyn was an active member of St. Mary of the Mount Church serving as head usher, alumni secretary, a member of the women’s guild and the spring luncheon and fashion show committee. She worked for Allegheny County as a supervisor for the Prothonotary Office. Friends and family will be received on Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the Brusco - Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. 214 Virginia Ave. Mt. Washington (412-381-2323). Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Mount Church/Mary Queen of Peace Parish. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
