Age 89, of Castle Shannon, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.  Beloved husband of the late Shirley Hue Falvo. Son of the late Thomas and Rose Calabria Falvo; brother of the late Theresa Bonadio, Elizabeth Vescio, Anna Faulisi, Anthony, Thomas and Edward Falvo.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends. Gene, affectionately known as “Uncle Steve” served in the US Army during the Korean War and was an insurance agent for Metropolitan Life until his retirement. Visitations Thursday  from  2-4 and 6-8  p.m. at the Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., 214   Virginia Avenue, Mt.
