Son of the late Michael and Eleanor Prokop; brother of Michele Guzell (Ron), Mary Grace Curry (James) and David Prokop; uncle of Michael Conlon (Melissa), Tracylynn Barry (Joseph), Lisa Marie Mooney (Jim) and the late Tiffany Prokop; also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
