Age 86, of Mt. Washington, on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.  Beloved husband of  the late Lynn (Fisanick) Stoernell; loving and dear companion of Mary “Virginia” Hammond; loving father of Marion (Bob) Meixner, Karen, Neil (Tina), Randy (Monica Bernatowicz), Gordon (Patricia Babuscio) Stoernell and the late Linda (survived by, Rob) Stuart; brother of the late Francis “Fifi” Stoernell; also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, family and friends. Neil was an Operating Engineer, Local 95. He was inducted into the Mt. Washington Sports Hall of Fame in 2016. Visitations Saturday 5-8 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Brusco - Falvo Funeral Home, Inc.    214 Virginia Ave.  Mt. Washington (412 381-2323).
