Catherine Rose "Kay" Hall
Age 76; Beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, caring sister, and loving aunt, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love and memories that will never fade. She was born on May 8, 1949, and was raised in Mt. Washington, a place that helped shape the kind and strong woman she became. To her husband, Catherine was more than a partner—she was his best friend, his constant companion, and a love story to remember. Their life together was built on deep love, trust, and countless shared moments that will be treasured forever. She was a dedicated and caring mother who gave her whole heart to her children, guiding them with strength, patience, and unconditional love. As a grandmother, she found pure joy in her grandchildren, whose lives were brightened by her warmth, laughter, and caring nature. Catherine was also a beloved aunt who always made time for family and made each person feel special and cared for. Her kindness, compassion, and ability to bring loved ones together were gifts that touched everyone who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Dale Hall; her son, Neil Hall, and his wife, Lisa; her daughter, Shaney Boles, and her husband, Duane; and her son, Darrin Hall, and his wife, Deneige. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Ryder, Reese, Harper, Rylee, Wally, and Linus. She is further survived by her brothers, John Kerestes (the late Grace Klein) and Robert Kerestes (the late Deb Kerestes); her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Bechtell (Robert Bechtell Sr.) and Sandy Lasagna (Robert Lasagna); and many cherished nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Amber Garda, Douglas Garda, and Kathy Jackson. Though she is deeply missed, Catherine, affectionately known as Kay, lives on in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
