Byron L. Miller
Age 65, of Mt. Washington. On Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Brother of Ken Miller of Turtle Creek, Kurt Miller (the late Brenda) of Rochester, PA and the late Ernie Miller of Rochester, PA; uncle of Heather, Stuart, Aria, and Kurt Miller; also survived by many beloved friends. Byron was a Legal Assistant for many years, working for the U.S. Attorney General’s Office for 15 years and with the Law Firm of Dentons Cohen and Grigsby for 19 years. He was a kind, compassionate and loving soul with a special dedication to older people and animals, especially cats and birds. He enjoyed cooking, reading, researching, the sunshine on hot summer days, the beauty of God’s creation in nature, helping people and learning more about his Catholic faith. Byron and his magnanimous spirit will be missed by the many people he touched. Family and friends invited Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., 214 Virginia Ave., Mt. Washington (412 381-2323). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church, Grandview Ave., Mt. Washington.
