Anthony A. Nicini, Sr.
Age 95, of Mt. Washington, on Friday, February 26, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Helen Nicini; loving father of Anthony A. Nicini, Jr., Mark Nicini (the late Patricia), Bonnie Nicini, Carla Nicini-Callender (Dale), Nicholas Nicini (Julie) and Barry Swartzwelder (Velvet); grandfather of Daniel, Tony III, Valerie, Sharon, Shealyn, Dion, Sarah and Erika Nicini, Dale Jr., and Michael (Dawn) Callender, Brandy VeVerka (Jason), Starr Nicole Chebetar and the late Katie Nicini; great-grandfather of Donald “DJ”, Destiny, Tyler, Robert, Mason, Alivia, Abraham “Abe”, Kierston, Gavin, Marissa, Ava, Quinn, Asher, Olivia, Sean and Breanna; great great grandfather of Isa and Israa; brother of Sarah DeMaio (John) and the late Mondo Nicini, Julia Howard, Gracie Kerbach and Mary Vacca; also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends received on Thursday 2-8 p.m. at the Brusco - Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. 214 Virginia Ave. Mt. Washington (412-381-2323). Funeral Mass in Mary, Queen of Peace Parish/St. Mary of the Mount Church on Friday at 10 a.m., immediately followed with Military Honors by the VFW Post 5111. Interment Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 guidelines, social distancing and masks are required.
