Age 93, of Dormont, on Monday, November 5, 2018.  Beloved  husband of the late Dorothy Kvederis; loving father of Clare Rex (Bill), Dr. Joseph Horne (Jeanine) and Dr. Michael Horne (Cathy); grandfather of Ryan Rex, Courtney Phillips (Chris), J.R. (Chelsea), Amanda and Jeff Horne; great-grandfather of Charlotte and Eloise Phillips; brother of the late Mary Hawthorne and Edward Horne. Also survived by loving family and friends. Mr. Horne served in the US Army Air Force (POW) during WWII, and was a mail carrier for the US Postal for 46 years. He was a proud and faithful supporter of Notre Dame. Visitations on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the  Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home, Mt. Washington. (412-381-2323). Funeral Mass in St. Bernard Church, Mt. Lebanon on Friday, 10 am.
