Age 73, of Mt. Lebanon, on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Beloved husband of George Ann (McGann) Bower; loving father of Teresa (John) Shedlock and Lori Bower (Ian Kane); pap of Casey (Justin) Lewis, Shea (Patrick) McGraw, Johnny and Artie Kane; step-pap of Sara and Greg Shedlock; great-pap of Ellis Lewis and Mason McGraw; brother of Annette (Walter “Chip”) Huttinger; son of the late Harvey and Ann (DeCecco) Bower; nephew of Odette Flanagan; uncle of Deana Donovan and Donnie Stiegler; brother-in-law of Nancy DeCarpio, Paula Tournay and Paul Richard McGann; survived by special cousin Leo DeCecco, many other cousins and friends. Harvey was a CPA who graduated from St. Justin High and Duquesne University. He was founder and creator of “Certified Fast Play.” He was a pioneer in the Pro-Life movement. He was an avid writer of Letters to the Editor as he was never shy to pass on his opinion. He was a Patriot who daily consumed political and social events. His views were strong and well thought out, but most of all he was a man who loved his family and friends. Visitations on Saturday 6-8pm and Sunday 2-6 pm at the Brusco-Falvo Funeral Home, Mt.
